New Waste Enclosures for D72 and Gillies Avenue
New waste enclosures at D72 and 27 Gillies Ave might not sound like the most exciting news update but here at Samson Corporation we're pretty proud of the RTA designed enclosures where tenants are splitting their waste into 5+ waste streams. The enclosures are bright and colourful and are proudly speaking to the community that we prioritise waste management at our buildings.
Just two months of data with these new enclosures is already revealing up to 50% reduction in tenant waste going to landfill.
Earthquake Strengthening Works
As of February 2019, 53% of Samson Corporation properties identified as being ‘earthquake-risk’ have been upgraded to exceed the 34% NBS minimum requirement. Samson Corporation are on target to strengthen 88% of the required portfolio by the end of 2019 thanks to the efficient work ethic of Seismic Performance Ltd. In many cases it would have cost less to demolish some of the earthquake-risk buildings, however Samson Corporation value protecting Auckland's heritage and have therefore invested in protecting these buildings with our future generations in mind.

New Development in Grey Lynn
In early 2018 our tenant moved into this RTA Studios designed industrial building with street facing showroom at 3 Grosvenor Street, Grey Lynn. The building includes many sustainabile features such as natural ventilation and maximum natural light, the site also has excellent off street parking with loading area for deliveries.
84 Onehunga Mall, Modern Industrial Showrooms
In late 2016 Samson completed the development of OM84 and the five industrial showrooms were subsequently quickly leased to the market. The new businesses within OM84 have brought modern elegance to the industrial end of Onehunga Mall.
